How you are sabotaging your own budget!

How you are sabotaging your own budget!

Are you finding that month after month your budget doesn’t balance? Or that your budget doesn’t allow for surprise or forgotten expenses? You could be sabotaging your own budget! Often our budget can be blown because we have forgotten to allow for some expense categories and so our budget can be incomplete. This can be particularly true for annual expenses or one-off or unexpected expenses.

As you know I favour the “Zero Sum” budgeting method, meaning that every Euro has a job and my full income is allocated so that nothing remains. You can read all about it here.

To make sure that you are not forgetting anything from your budget and unintentionally self-sabotaging, I have compiled a list of expenses to get you thinking. You can download the list for free below!! Let me know in the comments below if you have any other expense categories and outgoingsI have forgotten.
